Jill Walker

Jill Walker is an assistant personal & commercial customer service agent with Cordell Harris Insurance Agency since 2014. She also serves as our receptionist and enjoys greeting clients in person or by phone. Jill received her North Carolina Property & Casualty license in 2001 and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). 
 
In her spare time Jill enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Today, at 87 years old, he still comes to the office to visit, remains active in his church, enjoys traveling with his wife, Shirley, of 66 years, reading and spending time with family.

Tiffany Brooks is the commercial insurance agent for Cordell Harris. Originally from Kannapolis, where she graduated from South Rowan High School in 2013. After high school Tiffany attended Catawba Valley Community College and then transferred to Lenoir-Rhyne University, where she graduated in 2017 with a business management degree. Tiffany is a licensed agent for the state of North Carolina. Tiffany works with her commercial clients to make sure they are happy and to provide them with the best coverage to meet their needs.
Outside of work, Tiffany is the head volleyball coach for University Christian High School and the 15U Elite team for Carolina Select Volleyball Club. 

Outside of work, Paula is active in her church, enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her three grandkids.

Cordell is President and Consultant of Cordell Harris Insurance which he founded in 1981 and sold to his daughters Paula and Shawna in 2003. After serving 20 years in the Air Force, he began his career in Life & Health Insurance for Lutheran Brotherhood in 1972, where his sales won him numerous awards. Retiring in 1996 from Lutheran Brotherhood, he still maintained an active role at the agency.  
Today, at 87 years old, he still comes to the office to visit, remains active in his church, enjoys traveling with his wife, Shirley, of 66 years, reading and spending time with family.

Paula is Vice President and owner of Cordell Harris Insurance along with her sister Shawna. Began her career in the insurance industry in 1981 as a licensed agent and has held responsibilities in all departments, currently manages and takes care of all the accounting required to operate the agency.  

Outside of work, Paula is active in her church, enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her three grandkids.

Shawna is the Secretary, Treasurer and Owner of Cordell Harris Insurance along with her sister Paula. She began her career in the insurance industry in 1986 as a licensed agent for both personal lines and commercial insurance.  

Outside of work, Shawna enjoys taking vacations to the beach, reading, gardening, spending time with her husband and raising her granddaughter.

Katie S Stephens is a personal lines and health insurance agent as well as office manager for Cordell Harris Ins Agency. She is a graduate of Lenoir Rhyne University with a degree in sociology. She is licensed in NC and has been with Cordell Harris Ins Agency since 2010. She has over 16 years in customer service experience. As a Certified Insurance Representative, she works with clients to provide the best coverage to fit their needs.  
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
